I’m Brent Andra, owner, certified personal trainer, and veteran of the U.S. Air Force, with over 14 years of experience as a high school football coach, powerlifting coach and personal trainer. My passion for fitness and football has driven me to develop specialized training programs that improve performance while emphasizing mental and physical well-being. As a defensive line coach, I designed strength and conditioning programs that contributed to five state championship appearances and two state titles.

Building strong relationships with athletes has been a cornerstone of my approach, fostering motivation and mentorship both on and off the field. These same principles guide my work as a personal trainer, where I specialize in creating custom training plans tailored to each client’s goals. I incorporate injury prevention techniques and collaborate with health professionals like physical therapists to deliver a comprehensive approach to wellness. Currently, I am completing an advanced degree in Exercise Science and Human Health Performance to further enhance my expertise to better serve my clients.

Whether in one-on-one sessions or group fitness settings, I strive to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages accountability, long-term success, and a commitment to excellence. At Battle Ax Gym, we don’t just train bodies—we cultivate champions.
